Application: JN-150 can be used for cellulose fabric’s bio-polishing. Be applied to woven fabric, knitted fabric and can get better effect on cotton fabric,cotton/polyester blends, flax, ramie. The use of JN-150 bio-polishing enzyme is various. After the enzyme treatment, fuzzability and pilling reduced, the handle feel of fabric is softer and smoother and fabrics in lustrous colors. Technology parameter: Items Index Dosage 0.5-2.0% (the weight of the fabric) Bath ratio 5:1-20:1 Processing time 30-90 minutes Temperature 45-55°C PH value 4.5-5.5 Specific dosage can be adjusted to the actual process. Inactivation: By add anhydrous sodium carbonate, raise PH value to 10 or raise temperature to 80°C and keep for 10-15 minutes. Package: 25kg/barrel or subject to client requirement.
